About The Club
An un-incorporated organization of civic minded Indianapolis area young professionals and their guests who share a passion for Indianapolis' rich history of motor racing and a particular affection for the legendary "Little Professor" Ray Harroun, immortal winner of the innaugural Indianapolis 500 Mile Race. We come together every year to witness the greatest spectacle in racing and commemorate Memorial Day.
The Ray Harroun Fan Club was formed to preserve the legacy of Ray Harroun, a pioneering race car driver who left an indelible mark on the sport of auto racing. Harroun's victory at the first Indianapolis 500 in 1911 is considered one of the greatest achievements in the history of motor racing, and his legacy continues to inspire generations of fans and enthusiasts.
